Samco Machinery’s innovative mindset comes to the forefront again with the rollforming equipment. The window well production rollformer machine bends and curves window well profiles with projection of 24, 30 and 36 inches, width of 12- 61 3/8” with beads on one side or both sides, and panel lengths ranging from 79 to 144 inches.
The window well fabrication equipment can run up to 0.061” thick material with a maximum yield strength of 45 KSI at variable line speeds of up to one part per minute.
With components like the powered accelerating conveyor, overhead gantry discharge unit and exit stack conveyor with a rotating table, Samco has once again shown that it engineers solutions to maximize system utilization, reduce downtime and improve labour safety.
